1. General Disclaimer
Trading Forex, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The signals provided by Market Surgeons and its independent room owners are for informational and educational purposes only. Market Surgeons does not guarantee any profits. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

2. Platform Model
Market Surgeons is a signal marketplace platform. Independent traders ("Room Owners") create and manage their own Surgery Rooms. Market Surgeons provides the infrastructure and takes a 20% monthly platform commission on paid room subscription revenue. Room Owners retain 80% of subscription revenue and are responsible for paying this commission themselves via EFT each month.

3. Free Rooms
Free surgery rooms are accessible to all registered users at no cost. The Original Surgery Room operated by Market Surgeons HQ is permanently free. Access may be revoked at the discretion of the room owner or Market Surgeons platform administrators for violations of these terms.

4. Paid Rooms & EFT Payments
Paid rooms are independently priced and managed by individual room owners. Subscription payments are made directly from subscribers to room owners via EFT bank transfer. Market Surgeons is not a payment processor and is not responsible for payment disputes between subscribers and room owners. No refunds are guaranteed once access has been granted.

5. Room Owner Responsibilities
Room owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their signals. Room owners must pay their 20% monthly platform commission to Market Surgeons (TymeBank, Acc: 5300 3515 141) by the last day of each month. Market Surgeons reserves the right to remove rooms that violate platform guidelines, promote fraudulent activity, or fail to pay the platform commission.

6. Signal Accuracy & Liability
Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. Market Surgeons and individual room owners are not liable for any trading losses incurred by following signals. Always manage risk appropriately with proper lot sizes and stop-loss orders.

7. Account Termination
Market Surgeons reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
