Data We Collect

We collect your email address and Google profile information (name, profile photo) through Google Sign-In, used solely for account creation and authentication. We also collect push notification tokens to deliver signal alerts.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to authenticate your account, send signal notifications, manage room subscriptions, and improve our platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Surgery Room Operators

If you subscribe to a paid Surgery Room, basic transaction data (subscription status) is shared with the room operator (analyst) to manage your access. Room operators are independent of Market Surgeons and operate under our Terms & Conditions.

Data Storage

All data is securely processed through Firebase (Google Cloud) authentication and Firestore database services. Your account details are encrypted and stored on Google's secure infrastructure.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at marketsurgeonsignals@gmail.com.
